Filter element replacement and maintenance methods
Attention when you use the filter element:
1.Prevent pressure impact when operation, reverse pressurized is forbidden.
2.Think to replace the filter element when the pressure becomes large or flow decreased significantly
3.Attention the mounting direction when installing the filter element.

Way to replace the filter element:
1、Make sure the command of replace the filter is received, confirm that the system has stopped running.
2、Disconnect the filter which need to replace the filter element from the system. Open the vent on the top of the filter slowly to release the pressure. Be careful to prevent the material or liquid splashing
3. Emptying the filter, remove the used filter element.
4.Clean the inner side of the filter, ready to equip the new filter element.
5.Check the O-ring of the new filter element is intact, in place or not. With a suitable wetting agent, wetting the O-ring and filter holder jack, insert the filter element vertically into the filter’s holder jack.
6.Use tools to tighten the filter, check for leaks at the demolition.
